19 days agoMarie was so helpful to us. We had some issues and she resolved them right away for us and made us feel very welcomed as if we were her own family. We will definitely continue staying with Hilton because of people like Marie!

3 months agoGreat location with breakfast views with a Lake Havasu back drop. Not on the water but within minutes of all the local launching spots with boat friendly parking. Pool area also overlooks the lake. Could use more lounging equipment. Has a few gas grills and sink out there which could be more than convenient if we were prepared. Rooms are on point for Hampton.

3 months agoWe’ve been disappointed. No hand soap for wash basin, no cups suitable for water. Just coffee paper cups. Didn’t even think there was an ice bucket … but after speaking to help found there was one hidden under the tv. It’s very bare. When I asked the receptionist about the ice bucket. She told me she gave me a bottle of water at check-in, but I said it was warm, and she said put it in the refrigerator. . Absolutely no extras. Even the deep sofa hasn’t pillows behind it. The reputation could improve with less frugality! Room 217, April 1st.

4 months agoThe room was good during our stay. However, we never received room service during our stay. When we called the front desk asked if we could have room service he stated that the staff left at 3pm and we could come down to get new towels for the room. We requested that towels be brought up instead and they complied. When we asked why service wasn't completed during our stay, they said we refused the services. This couldn't be true as we were not in the room at the time of cleaning to be able to refuse services. We were also told by others in our group that they also never received room service. Other than these issues our stay was good and this is a nice hotel in Lake Havasu. Most of the front desk staff was great as well as the food service staff during breakfast.

5 months agoI took a weekend trip out here. And honestly this hotel was pretty good check in was smooth they have a functioning pool and jacuzzi tub and the view from the back of the hotel was spectacular! They have a great breakfast selection hot meals included! I didn’t have any issues with my room at all it was clean and spacious plus my bed was extra comfy didn’t want to leave out of it during checkout. Also the staff was very courtesy and kind during my stay. Very good location with walkable restaurants and other activities nearby and close to the main highway. Only complaint is the elevators not working but I’m sure it’ll get fixed. But other than that I’ll be sure to come back to this hotel on my next visit.
