What a great location! The staff is very helpful. The whole experience was awesome. I highly recommend staying here. It's close to the channel and the hotel is updated and very clean! I appreciate the music by the pool too! We will come back every summer!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing and something other travelers should be aware of. From the moment we arrived, the management felt overly intrusive and, at times, outright rude. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt uncomfortable and monitored. The room itself had serious issues. There were water leaks, which forced us to move to another room. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem—the new room (and even the one before) had a strong, unpleasant smell resembling sewage or toilet water. It made it very difficult to relax or feel clean in the space. Basic amenities were also lacking. There was barely any coffee available at reception, which is usually a simple standard in most hotels. On top of that, the entire property looked like it was still under construction, giving off an unfinished and unprepared vibe rather than a functioning hotel. Considering the price per night, the quality does not match at all. This hotel is charging rates that suggest a comfortable and polished stay, but what you actually get is far below that expectation. I would strongly recommend that management address these issues before continuing to charge guests premium prices. Until then, I would advise others to avoid staying here—it’s simply not worth it right now.

This is a wonderful Motel!! The rooms are very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable. The Staff, especially Katherine was very kind and helpful!! The views are amazing and the pool is very nice and well kept. I recommend anyone visiting Lake Havasu looking for a decent room rate to stay at this location!!

Mike and the staff at Sway are awesome as is the building and rooms. Its proximity to the best parts of Havasu is great! Super close to the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. Fantastic rates, great staff and location, what more could you want? Oh they have a beautiful pool too! Stan the Man!

Great location. Extreme budget hotel. Room under $100 that's it. They were just remodeled but I felt like I was staying in a shoe box. Very bare bones. When we walked in the door there was a strong odor of fresh paint and some type of adhesive. My eyes were watering from the strong smells. It was cute inside as though they were trying to make it an upper end room that was trendy but it just fell flat. All very cheap. They didn't replace the shower pan & shower stall so it's all rusted and filthy. The lobby is being remodeled so check in was located in one of the rooms. I'm sorry this is just too cheap. I'm glad we only stayed one night. The town is super cute, I would come back but stay somewhere else.
