I had such a great stay at Lakeside Inn in Lake Havasu and honestly was pleasantly surprised for the price. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable budget hotel, this place exceeded my expectations. Of course it’s not a swanky spot, and not the most modern, but it does the job and a good find! I always pay attention to the small things, especially at budget-friendly hotels, because sometimes you expect corners to be cut but not here. The room was spotless, minus a few paint spots or exposed cords, nothing major. The bedding was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Even the areas most hotels miss were impressively clean, behind the toilet was spotless except some rest on the pipe, the bathtub was clean, and there was absolutely no mold, mildew, or water stains anywhere. The ceiling was bright white and clean, and there were no stains anywhere in the room. The wall AC worked perfectly and cooled the room down quickly, which was amazing after being out in the Lake Havasu heat. The TV had local channels, and the room also included useful extras like a small fridge, microwave, telephone, hairdryer, and plenty of fresh, clean towels. The room itself felt roomy and comfortable. Service was friendly, check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking with very easy access to the property. Another big plus is the location, it’s walkable to restaurants and the London Bridge, which made everything super convenient. There are ice machines in the hall, a soda machine, and coffee in the lobby, which was appreciated. I really appreciate family-owned places over big chains, and this one is run by a kind older Indian couple who made the stay feel easy. For the price, this place was honestly perfect. I absolutely recommend Lakeside Inn if you’re traveling on a budget and want a clean, comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I come back!

Room is not worth it my linen were dirty. Slept on top the first night since I got back late, went in the next day to let them know and everything seemed. Ok got back after a long day linen still dirty. Went down and spoke with them lady was mad said I didnt ask for house keeping. I said no but I asked for clean linen. Worst part they charged me again as I already paid priceline

So it was a nice hotel Great really for the price. The bed was comfortable iit was on a metal frame and squeeked a little but that was the only thing i could complain about. The shower took a minute to heat up but the pressure was good bathroom was clean and in great condition. Hell yea stay there once you get out of the lobby it is a very nice place.

Made reservation for Lake Havasu Balloon Festival. Motel is older, but has been nicely upgraded. Paint, rugs, beds, all looked good and beds comfortable. The person I talked to and checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. When we got to room, had a view looking right at the festival. Very peaceful stay, thank you.

I stayed there for 2 nights, add $100 a night, i signed my credit card for $ 224.00 total. After checking my statement I was charged $294.00 they were so lazy , they did not give me a receipt. The room smelt like an old laundry basket.The refrigerator did not work.The remote for the TV had major issues. Sometimes it were , sometimes it didn't even after replacing the batteries. The security there was extremely poor back door was always unlocked
