Hi , This is my first visit and my special occasion for my anniversary with family. I had Informed prior them to keep a suprise on the room . I see just a sparkling wine bottle was placed . Nothing much on the room. The room was not a great location provided, I see a physically challenged chair was on the closet, not sure right room was given to us. Housekeeping was not present, only on the request provided. Cleaning of the room is zero and very dirty. The beds were out of springs and back pain. I am arching the picture for more detail for everyone. The bathroom sink is not kids friendly and lead space , only a sink was present. Only the location and parking is good, bar is open at all times for drinking pubic. A machine was present which is good, but no food at this place.

Great location. We sat on the balcony and watched the boats pass under the bridge. The staff is exceptional. Great folks with a good sense of humor. The rooms are average at best, but the bed was good. There was no comfortable chair in the room. We could hear every sound from upstairs. They need some serious insulation between floors. I won't return to Lake Havasu (another story) but I would stay here again (on the top floor).

Waking up and seeing the bridge over the water is next level — especially at sunset when everything lights up. It doesn’t get better than that. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, while still feeling upscale and private. And a huge shoutout to Barret — absolutely the best employee you could ask for. Professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. Service like that makes a big difference.

A particularly memorable aspect of the stay was the ringside view of the balloon festival, enjoyed directly from the balcony. The prices were fair and reasonable, providing good value for the quality of accommodations and service received. In summary, the Heat Hotel stands out as an attractive lodging option for visitors to Lake Havasu City, blending comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm that makes every stay enjoyable.

Absolutely stunning! I was passing through on my way to Las Vegas and Michael convinced me to get a room and stick around! Not only was the stay at the hotel (stayed in the Inferno room, the lights, the tub, the size of the shower, WOW!) but Michael was very knowledgeable about the town and provided me with suggestions that kept me busy all day, into the evening and even the next morning. I got to experience ChaBones (amazing filet mignon), watch the sunset from the Lighthouse Lounge and had breakfast at the Red Onion. Wonderful little town! Friendly locals! And HEAT Hotel is definitely worth the stay, if you are passing through and have some time to kill. (Sorry for the over the top pics. Graphics designer, I can't help myself...)
