about 2 months agoAbsolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Great value. Great spot. Quiet. And although they did not allow dogs, they had no objections to my service dogs for my epilepsy. Free laundry, great pool, all the basics you need to start a vacation. And adding extra days to our stay was easily done. Of our whole trip from Oregon to lake Havasu, this was by far the nicest place with by far the best value. Let's put it this way, I want to just stay here and buy this apartment! The AC works great there's everything you could possibly need in the kitchen the hot water is in demand with a great pressure in the shower the TV is wonderful I mean this place is really fantastic

about 2 months agoOur first room overflowed from the tank of the toilet, the 2nd room (202) had bed bugs. the front desk staff is friendly but CANNOT issue refunds :) good luck if you have luggage, you will be hauling it upstairs yourself there are no elevators, ramps or assistance. this place is in no way a 4 star resort they must have paid google for that rating.

4 months agoThis was the perfect place for my trip to Lake Havasu City. It’s close to the beach, London Bridge and a grocery store. There are 3 pools, so never too crowded and the property is well maintained. I will definitely stay here again when I visit beautiful Lake Havasu!

6 months agoWe just spent a wonderful week at this property. There is so many additional entertainment and extra activities on property to do. The staff is above friendly and helpful. Very kind to everyone including kids. The property is extremely clean and beautiful. Very close to shopping, parks, and a wonderful beach with a skate park and playground.

8 months agoStaff was very kind from the woman on the phone to the security gaurd and front desk guy,I felt welcomed and safe. They have chromecast for streaming and complementary laundry on site. We will definitely come back to stay again.
