3 months agoReally impressed with this hotel. Staff was super friendly checking us in, asking where we're from, if we have grandkids etc. My number one reason is the shower! Great water pressure, roomy and ladies a ledge to rest your foot while shaving your legs. Men you just don't know how important that is!! The room was very large, high ceilings and quiet. Bed was acceptable, not as soft as I like but adequate. Nice little chase lounge in the room to stretch out on as well. Plenty of room for you luggage. Very clean. Nice hot breakfast included.

4 months agoThis is the best hotel option in Lake Havasu! The views from the rooms are phenomenal! And it only takes about 3 minutes to walk down to the bridge! The staff is super nice and helpful. There is ample parking and the area is safe. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and of course all the attractions the London Bridge has to offer. The breakfast is fantastic and has so many different food options. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

5 months agoThe room itself was great. Nice view of the London Bridge. My biggest problem was we had a connecting room. We booked a room with a view. I might not have taken the room had I known it connected. After a long travel day, my neighbor's decided to take loudly at 1230 am. For some reason there was nothing to stop me from hearing their whole conversation, nothing under the door. You could even see the lights on from under the door. (After mentioning this at check out, they did give us some points, but I would have rather had more sleep.)

5 months agoFrom the moment we walked up Mya was very pleasant and helpful. I even got to share a few Dad jokes with her. Very nice location with a view of the bridge. Breakfast was included and Stephanie was a very pleasant person to share conversation with. Me and my wife enjoyed them both they made us feel welcomed. Would definitely come back.

7 months agoA nice clean white well laid out hotel with an excellent location for visiting London bridge. It couldn't be better but but check-in personnel. The lady I had anyway insisted on having my wife's 's driver slides which I forgot to bring to prove it was really me even though I logged on to her account and handed her my phone to prove it was really me. She still didn't believe me. I had to be carrying her driver's license which I thought I had anyway but it was my global entry. We traveled. We travel a lot and I have never run into anything like this. Otherwise. This is an excellent hotel in a terrific location. Clean other people are nice. Good checkout. Good parking could be better except for bad experience checking in.
