Do not use!!!!! Joyce will say she is going to do something then fails to. She does not fallow Arizona tenant laws. You have to stay on her. Then when she is wrong she blames the world or will talk bad about the home owner or pass the blame. She is un organized. Highly recommend you use a different property management company/ broker/ Realitor.

This was by no extent an enjoyable, stress free or clean home to stay in. The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed for this vacation. We picked the home for the putting green and the pool. We were so excited. We‘ve never had any issues with air b&b homes in the past, until this one. We were not able to check-in at the agreed upon time of 3pm. We understand that Debbie was in a meeting and we had no issue being flexible. Even though we let her know that we would be arriving by 3pm days earlier. when she asked. Upon arrival to the home we noticed that there was no toilet paper or paper towels. There were dirty linen and blankets left from the prior guest that Debbie was going to leave in the closet. She asked us to make sure that no one used them. Thankfully, she decided to remove them from the home. We had to keep drinks and some food in the ice chests because Debbie mentioned that the fridge might freeze over if we put all out food in at once and it would not work for 24 hours. The pool area and the pool were filthy. Trash scattered around the ground, beer bottle tops everywhere and trash floating in the water. The pool it self was cloudy and the pool vacuum had been removed from the pool. This is strictly against the home rules. There was broken glass and trash were sporadically spread throughout the home. Debbie did return to the home with toilet paper, paper towels and chlorine tablets for the pool. She mentioned that the pool guy did not suggest adding more chlorine but that she said she was going to do it anyways ( Unfortunately, this irritated one of the kids skin). She also mentioned that the pool guy would come to put the vacuum in, get the pool clean and levels corrected. This did not happen until 12 minutes before she thought we were suppose to check out. This was all in the first hour of being at the home. We had to leave our trash sitting on the side of the home. Debbie said that she would have it picked up. No one ever came to get the trash. It was left in the side of the home in 110+ degree weather. Not only was this disgusting but also extremely unsanitary. We also had no trash bags to use. Thankfully, she brought us some. The putting green only had 2 holes that were operational. The rest have raised above ground and they are unusable. As our time at Emerald continued, we kept finding trash under beds, couch cushions and closets. We had to clean the entire house the first night because it was not done properly. The WiFi did not work. We spent over an hour looking for the router. Once we found it, everything was disconnected. Thankfully we knew how to reconnect everything as some of us still had some work to get done. The chairs at the bar are not safe. My daughter fell due to the fact that the chair backs are not attached to the seat. I had to clean the BBQ because it had not been cleaned in years. The entire BBQ caught fire as soon as we put something to cook. We planned to have a nice relaxing morning before we left. We asked for a later check-out. You agreed that noon would we ok if we made sure that the house was clean, dishes done and towels washed. The kids were caught off guard when two random adults walked in the backyard while they were enjoying the morning. THIS IS NOT OK. This was quickly followed up with a message from you reminding us that check out would be at 10 AM and that you had someone there to look at the pool (9:48am). This obviously quickly ruined our morning. We had been asking every day about having the pool properly cleaned, about the trash sitting at the bottom of the pool and we received nothing but excuses and empty promises. However, you made sure someone was there at the time you thought we were checking out to make sure the pool was ready for you next group of guest. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been waiting for a response from Debbie for over 48 hours now.
