I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. After losing my husband I trusted them to help me manage the property since I lived 5 hours away and couldn't check on the property. I finally met with Dayna and everything seemed to be in good condition at the property. After our meeting I left back to California. She rented it through the summer/winter months. When I finally returned back after the tentants left the house it smelled like cigarette smoke. Horribly!!!!! Like a Las Vegas casino!!! Burn marks on carpet,blinds,screens....cigarette buds found in the washing machine, clothing baskets!!! I contacted Dayna and she acted like I was crazy and denied anyone had smoked in the house! Rather than addressing the issue honestly, she refused to acknowledge that smoking had occured at all, despite obvious evidence. Communication was dismissive, rude and made no effort to investigate or take responsibility. Even though she was the one cleaning the house everytime a guest came in. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through this company. If issues arise, do not expect transparency, professionalism, or fair treatment. Complete Unproffesional.

Tried scheduling a shuttle ride from Kingman to Havasu with their vegas airporter shuttle and they are denying me service . Im homeless and disabled being forced to walk 24 hours from Kingman to Lake Havasu . These people should be ashamed of then selves. Absolutely cruel

I had a very unprofessional and frustrating experience with this company, specifically with Dayna Street. I strongly advise against renting from her. Throughout my rental process, she was dishonest, dismissive, and extremely rude when confronted with proof that contradicted her claims. For example, she attempted to blame me for carpet stains she alleged were caused by my dog. When I provided clear evidence that the stains had been there prior to my rental, her behavior became hostile, calling me names such as “brat” and “princess,” and belittling me for caring about my money. She also falsely accused me of leaving the home dirty, claiming there were clothes, shoes, and toys left everywhere. What she didn’t realize is that I had recorded the entire home inside and out before leaving. Every bedroom, every space, showing that it was spotless. My husband and I had spent hours cleaning the night before to make sure the home was left in excellent condition. The only thing we chose not to deep clean were the showers, since we reasonably assumed that was part of what the deposit covered. Communication was another major issue. When I requested to discuss matters over the phone, she outright refused. Nearly a month went by with no resolution. I eventually had to escalate the issue to the owner of the company, who initially promised to address it but never followed through. After multiple follow-ups and providing proof that I left the home in clean condition, I finally received my deposit back. However, even then, Dayna Street being attempted to withhold money by fabricating additional charges, including a $200 claim for a supposed plumbing/AC issue, supported by a questionable receipt. This felt like yet another attempt to unfairly retain funds. Based on my experience, Dayna Street operates in a sneaky and dishonest manner. If you do rent from her, be sure to document everything thoroughly with photos and videos. Personally, I cannot recommend renting from this company due to the unprofessional conduct, lack of integrity, and unnecessary stress I endured.

I rented a house and Dayna is the property manager. At first everything seemed fine. I went out of town for work. A couple days later a friend went to my house and found that the house was flooded due to a leak under the sink. He couldn’t shut the water off because the handle to the valve was missing. I immediately called Dayna to let her know there was a leak and the first thing she did was start telling me it was my fault and that I should contact an attorney! Since then my house has been has been a reck. She is very unprofessional and has the attitude that she knows it all. Do not rent from this lady!
