We rented a house for the first time in Parker and loved it so much we rebooked before we even left! The home and property were spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Booking directly through Integrity Vacation Rentals was such a relief compared to the big websites. They’re incredibly responsive, very knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. We’ll definitely be using them every time we come to town!

We got a VRBO that was managed by them. Good: The property and location were clean, relaxing, and overall nice. Bad: The property mgt company running this place was subpar and the manager Layla never responded to our email, call, and text highlighting and asking for a resolve upon check in for.... 1. Grill not working, 2. Golf cart advertised not available, 3. Lock on the front door is broken, 4. Broken, paddle board advertised was dented & cracked, 5. The check out times listed conflict with the check email we got. Overall the property is nice, but the mgt company was not great and mis advertised the listing and then when we finally reached out to VRBO they contacted us with multiple contradicting statements and Layla the Mgr was to busy to reach out to us to resolve for the 4 days we where here. We cannot recommend this company for use.

We recently rented Unit 220 in Sam's Beachcomber Resort. Loved everything about the unit, great view of the Lake and morning sunrises. Just steps from the pool and great neighbors that made us feel welcome. Layla made the check-in and check-out easy. Would rent this place again. Pictures are views from the deck.

We recently switched property management companies for our vacation rental house about 1 month ago to Patti at Integrity. She has been very responsive with all phone calls and emails. Within less than one month, she has taken care of everything from getting us on the website, taking pictures of the house, and getting our house rented out for just about the whole year at a substantial increase in rent from the last management company. We are very pleased.

Integrity Arizona Real Estate did a great job taking care of us for our vacation rental. We stayed at Smoke Tree and had a wonderful stay. Patti was very helpful with a great response time for any questions. There were 6 adults and there was plenty of room for more. The home was super clean and organized. The furniture was comfy and the entertaining area and dining area were perfect for group meals. The house had everything we needed and we loved the location. The location was a quick drive to the launch ramp and super safe and convenient. We look forward to staying here again and again.
