Never use them. They don’t refund your security deposit, they spy on you, and they rent you disgusting homes. Nadine is the worst person of all. She has no ethical values and she will steal from you.

We rented a condo on the Island from them recently. The condo was very roomy and adequate but had several issues. The furnace air filter was very dirty which we replaced at our own expense. The living room couch was very worn and it or the pillows, were constantly losing feathers. The worst part was the poor WiFi connection. It only worked decently part time. We told First Choice about the problem and they just told us to contact the internet company. The internet company told us the condo owners had to initiate any repair order. Consequently, we had to sit outside the local library to do work on the internet!!

Worst place ever to a rent a house, or should I say a broken house. They rent you a horrendous house and claim you did damage and then never answer. Nadine in particular should be fired and jailed for her fraudulent practices. Rent elsewhere or risk getting your card over charged and don’t expect them to ever respond. Also they have no respect and they creep on you while staying there. We’ve seen Nadine and her gang of desert rats trying to peep on my family and I. Weirdos!

They dont even deserve one star. The woman that work here are rude, they tried to charge me for a pet beta fish, the landlord who actually owned the place told us to get roommates and when we did they raised our rent to 800 for a two bed 1 and a half bath with all kind of problems, not only this but the woman who work here Nadine drives by your house at night so she can spy on your place and one day I caught them watching me for two hours almost from accross the street. My nieghbors are snow birds and diane I believe her name is was watching me until I was going to my nieghbors to give some stuff I had laying around. And just stared at her in my front yard. Not to mention everything in the house was rigged by a tweaker and the landlord. Holes punched through cabinets to accommodate pipes running thru the walls DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if you like peace and privacy and honest people!!!

do not use this company they lied to my mother about checking in on her rental house. The neighbors even went to the company to report the tenants trashing the house and being hostile and nadine with first choice realty lied and tried to cover it up. The tenants did 10k worth of damage to my property and the company said oh well. never use them. they are shady and flakey. the level of unprofessionalism and gross negligence is unreal. use another company.
